Becoming a Sales Consultant is easy and requires no investments or long-term commitments. Sales Consultants can make money the same day they join. After a modest fee has been paid, a starter kit is provided. ORIFLAME offers a variety of training programmes for Consultants, ranging from presentation techniques to product knowledge and training sessions in makeup techniques, etc. There are 11 ways to generate earnings/bonuses:
Direct Benefits (30%): You get a 30% Profit Jump on immediate sales.
Performance Discount (3% -21%): You get a performance discount each month on your sales and downline.
Cash awards are given at the time a consultant first reaches a certain rank in the Success Plan.
Leaders Club Bonus/Oriflame Bonus (4%): You get bonus 4% of all sales of your downline who has reached the 21% position. Gold Bonus (1%); Sapphire Bonus (0.5%); Diamond Bonus (0.25%); Double Diamond Bonus (0.125%); Executive Bonus (0.0625%) Car Bonus
In summary, there are two ways to go about the business:
1. Direct selling through the catalogue which has the retail prices, while you buy at much cheaper prices if you register as a distributor with just N3000, which will b added to the overall total of your first order.
2. You can introduce people to register under you. Any purchase they make will count for you in cash i.e. you get commissions on what they buy. So if you have like 50 people registered in your team, the commission adds up when they buy stuff and your account will be credited. You introduce as many people as possible and the more you introduce, the higher you move to manager, senior manager, gold manager etc.
You just need to make sure each person has at least 200 BP (bonus point) which amounts to about N20k worth of goods.
If everyone should purchase like their make up, perfumes, deodorants etc monthly then trust me, cash comes in while you just watch your account balance grow month by month.
It does not affect the job you do. It can be a part time business.
